Nine cases of COVID-19 have been reported in the Lake of the Ozarks area. Health Department Officials in Camden, Miller and Morgan Counties say, the cluster is a group of friends that are co-workers at businesses in the area. The timeframe is between June 7th to the 15th and of the cases, six live in Camden County, two live in Miller County and one lives in Morgan County. Officials say, there does not appear to be a link to the Memorial Day activities. All individuals have been notified and instructed to isolate at home and to monitor their symptoms for 14 days. The Health Department warns due to the high number of contacts and businesses involved, there is a likelihood of more cases that could develop. Health officials say they are still investigating this cluster.
