A plea hearing that was set for a Lebanon man accused of shooting another has been continued to March 1st.
68 year old Darrell Grimes was arrested in June 2019 after he allegedly shot a man who had been living in his home. The two had been arguing, after the victim ran his car into the trash barrels on the property. Grimes said that he believed the other man was under the influence of a controlled substance, and came into the house with a handsaw. Grimes then reportedly go a handgun and shot out a window to scare the man away, and the bullet hit the other man. Grimes is charged with Domestic Assault and Armed Criminal Action.
