Grants For Farmers and Producers

A series of grants are available at the state and federal level for Missouri farmers and producers. Rebecca Lobina with the Small Business Development Center in St. Joseph is able to help farmers in the northwest part of the state apply for these grants. She says one of the most important things to know when applying for grants is if they require matching funds.

Lobina says it can take months before you hear back on whether you’ll receive that grant.
