Governor wants more money for trade schools

As part of his plan for continued economic development in Missouri, Governor Parson is pushing for increased funding for community colleges and trade schools.
Parson said:

The governor talked about the importance of these schools in his state of the state address in January as part of his Fast Track Workforce Grant which provides scholarships for Missourians training for a job in high-demand fields like nursing and engineering.
