Governor Says Missouri Teachers Underpaid

Governor Parson says Missouri must find a way to boost teacher pay. Missouri ranks 42nd in the nation in teacher pay. Parson made the comment during a Teacher of the Year ceremony Tuesday night in Jefferson City.
