Go to Branson and ride “Fire in the Hole”

The new version of an iconic roller coaster will open to the public on Saturday at Branson’s Silver Dollar City. The 30-million-dollar Fire in the Hole is twice the size of the original ride and is housed inside a 5-story temperature-controlled building with state-of-the-art special effects. The 3-minute ride simulates the true story of the night the vigilante group “the Bald-Knobbers” attacked and burned down the town that was located on the present-day sight of Silver Dollar City.
