The American Red Cross is urging folks to give blood this December. December is always a down month for the American Red Cross, so they are offering up a lot of different promotions during the Holiday season. Stacy Burks with the American Red Cross says that when folks come to give blood in December they will automatically be entered to win a prize package.
Burks says that there are some upcoming blood drives in the community.
Burks says that the gift of giving blood is the best gift someone can give this year.
