In order to apply for the fuel tax refund you will need your receipts to show how much and where you purchased, and you will use your vehicle VIN. The information should be submitted to the Missouri Department of Revenue on Form 4923-H. Additional fuel tax refund forms are available for taxes paid on Missouri motor fuel used for non-highway purposes.
