For those wishing to line the funeral procession route for Lebanon Police Officer, Kendle Blackburn, please be in place before noon Saturday, as roads are expected to close at noon. The procession will begin at Shadel’s Colonial Chapel, proceed from Lynn to Hwy. YY; Hwy. YY to Clark Street; Clark to Washington; Washington to Jefferson and then to Mount Rose Memorial Park.
