Due to inclement weather, an early, staggered release for non-mission essential personnel at Fort Leonard Wood is authorized for today. In addition, there will be a two-hour delayed reporting for Fridayon Fort Leonard Wood for non-mission essential personnel — as previously identified by supervisors.
Unscheduled leave policy is in effect and maximum teleworking if eligible and capable today and Friday.
Supervisors are encouraged to manage early release with the following guidance beginning at 8:30 a.m. today: At 10 this morning, personnel who reside less than 10 miles from Fort Leonard Wood
10:30 a.m., personnel who reside on the installation.
All MWR facilities to include Child Development Centers and fitness centers will close at 11:00 a.m. (30 minutes after the last release). Check the MWR web pages www.leonardwood.armymwr.com/ and Fort Leonard Wood MWR for details.
Child Development Centers and Davidson Fitness Center will reopen Friday, Feb. 18, at 8 a.m.
Appointments at the General Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital currently scheduled for today will be rescheduled. Call the hospital line at 866.299.4234 for additional recorded information. The emergency room remains open.
The Commissary will be closing at 11:30 a.m. today. They are scheduled to reopen following a two-hour delay Friday. For further details, please call 573.596.0783.
