Fort Leonard Wood North Gate Has Reopened

Fort Leonard Wood’s North Gate has been reopened to traffic after being closed for about three hours to investigate a possible security breach. A suspicious vehicle was spotted on post and checked out by security personnel during the noon hour today. It was found to not be a threat to the fort, property, personnel, or to the public. During the closing, installation officers suggested the West Gate as a travel alternative.
