Former Lebanon Councilman Dies from COVID

A former Lebanon City Councilman has died after a battle with the COVID 19 virus.  Jim Davis, 69, of Lebanon, passed away at 7:08 Sunday night at a Columbia Hospital.  Funeral arrangements are pending and will be announced by the Holman Howe Funeral Home in Lebanon.  Davis is survived by two children.
