Flu season in Laclede County has mainly been Influenza B strain

The number of cases of influenza in Laclede County has been rising over the last few weeks. Laclede County Health Department Administrator, Charla Baker, says Influenza B has been predominant, and children and young adults have been hit the hardest this flu season………
