…FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM WEDNESDAY EVENING THROUGH
THURSDAY AFTERNOON…

* WHAT…Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible. In
general, one to two inches of rain is expected, with localized
higher amounts possible.

* WHERE…Portions of central, east central, south central, and
southwest Missouri, including the following counties, in central
Missouri, Camden, Hickory, Maries, Miller and Pulaski. In east
central Missouri, Phelps. In south central Missouri, Dent, Howell,
Oregon, Shannon and Texas. In southwest Missouri, Barry,
Christian, Dade, Dallas, Douglas, Greene, Jasper, Laclede,
Lawrence, McDonald, Newton, Ozark, Polk, Stone, Taney, Webster and
Wright.

* WHEN…From Wednesday evening through Thursday afternoon.

* IMPACTS…Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Low-water crossings may be flooded.
