* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of southwest Missouri, including the following
  counties, Dallas, Laclede, Polk and Webster.

* WHEN...Until 815 AM CDT Thursday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
  and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 212 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin
    shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain
    have fallen.
  - This includes the following low water crossings...
    Osage Fork at Auburn Road, Lindley Creek at Mathis Road, Four
    Mile Creek at Highway P, Dry Auglaize Creek at Highway BB and
    Niangua River at Highway Y.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Lebanon, Bolivar, Buffalo, Conway, Phillipsburg, Halfway,
    Bennett Springs and Long Lane.
