Fixing electric outages faster

The City of Lebanon electric department monitoring system is getting an upgrade which will provide more efficient response to power outages. On Monday, Lebanon City Council approved an expenditure up to $9-thousand-dollars to upgrade SCADA to receive MOPEP metering and allow access to downstream devices. Electric Supervisor Travis Long
