Five hunters selected to take part in the year’s elk hunting season
The Missouri Department of Conservation has reported it has selected the five hunters who will take part in the year’s elk hunting season. The hunters’ names selected by a drawing by the Conservation Department include a Miller County man–Tyson Wall of Iberia, who will receive an antlered-elk hunting permit. Michael Duncan of Lesterville was selected from the resident-landowner applications. Michael Ellison of Gainesville, Robert Rothermich of Pomona, and Chris Irick of Pleasant Hope will be awarded an antler-eld hunting permit as well.
The names were randomly drawn from 9,714 permit applications, including one drawn from 84 resident-landowners who applied.
