First Responders Mental Health In Focus

Missouri could soon expand its help for first responders suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder. A bill awaiting a decision from Governor Mike Parson would broaden an existing firefighter cancer trust fund to also help cover mental health services for other first responders, including 911 operators.
