Fireworks in Dixon Friday night caps the First Friday Celebration

A fireworks display will take place this evening around 9:30 at Dixon’s Frisco Park between the railroad tracks and Chestnut Street west of the V-F-W. Citizens are asked not to park on the V-F-W lot. This will serve as a fitting climax to July’s First Friday celebration in Downtown Dixon. This celebration will feature vendors, hay rides, and a youth 5-kilometer race. Several businesses will be open for extended hours.
