(Jefferson City)–The Conservation Department has released its statistics from the 2019 firearms deer season.   Bill Wise has that report.

with over 178,000 deer taken during the two week season, hunters killed roughly 13 percent of Missouri’s estimated 1.4 million deer, according to a 2012 estimation by the University of Missouri.
