Felony drug charges filed after Lebanon traffic stop
Charges have been filed in connection with the seizure of over a quarter pound of methamphetamine, in Lebanon. On Friday, a trooper with the Highway Patrol pulled over an SUV with dark window tint, near Copeland Drive and Tower Road in Lebanon. According to the report, the trooper noticed the passenger, identified as 32-year-old Thomas Muhlfeld was reaching into his pocket, and something fell out. As Muhlfeld was emptying his pocket the trooper noticed a large baggie with a substance, that tested positive as methamphetamine, and weighed 113 grams. After Muhlfeld was arrested he admitted to having a pistol and more dope on his ankle. Muhlfeld a convicted felon has been charged with unlawful use of a weapon and drug trafficking, with a bond of $25-thousand-dollars cash or surety.
