Felony charge of domestic assault in the 3rd degree against a Waynesville Man

21-year-old Jacob Collins of Waynesville has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court on one felony charge of domestic assault in the 3rd degree. Court documents allege that on or about April 11th, Collins knowingly caused physical pain to his victim by placing his hands around their neck.
Judge Colin Long set a counsel status hearing and a bond review hearing for April 18th, with a preliminary hearing set for May 2nd.
