Fatal accident Tuesday night in Camden County

A Camdenton woman was killed in a single-car accident at 5:15 last night at Twin Rivers Point, just west of C John Drive in Camden County. The Missouri Highway Patrol reports that a car driven by 40-year-old Crystal M. Lewis crossed the centerline of the road, traveled off the left side of the road, and struck a tree. Lewis was pronounced dead at the scene and was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident.
