Farmers Have Say At State Fair

Some Missouri farmers and ranchers have had their say in the next federal farm bill. The federal food and farm policy is expected to include partisan fights over food stamps and climate change, among other things. Glenn Cope, of southern Missouri, attended a farm bill listening session Monday at the Missouri State Fair.

Congress is up against the clock to try and pass a new version of the agriculture policy bill before the current one expires at the end of September.
