Enrollment Has Opened For A Temporary Pre-School Program In The Waynesville School District

Enrollment has opened for the 2024 Tiger Preschool, a temporary preschool that is staffed by Waynesville High School juniors and seniors who are enrolled in the Child Development 2 class.
Tiger Preschool is scheduled to begin February 28th, and the Meet the Teacher for Tiger Preschool is scheduled for February 27th.
To qualify for enrollment, a child must be between the ages of 3-5, be potty-trained and not already in kindergarten. The enrollment form is at waynesville.k12.mo.us.
Enrollment is limited. There is only one session of Tiger Preschool this year. Tiger Preschool will be in session on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays when Waynesville R-VI schools are in session. Parents are responsible for transporting their children to and from the preschool.
Once accepted, parents will be notified via letter.
Waynesville High School students will prepare the lessons and the subjects taught include:
· Pledge of Allegiance
· Science
· Language
· Art
· Physical activity
· Alphabet
· Cutting with scissors
