Endangered Person advisory Lebanon

The Lebanon Police Department has issued an Endangered Person Advisory for a missing person incident that occurred at 25466 North State Highway 5, Lebanon, MO at 2:30 a.m. on August 15th.

Missing Is 28 year old Chandler Beshears. Chandler Beshears is described as a white male, 28 years old, 5 foot 11 inches tall, 155 pounds, with blonde hair, and hazel eyes. He was last seen wearing an unknown color t-shirt and shorts. Beshears is a resident at a care facility. He has left the facility without supervision and is without required medicine. Beshears is under guardianship and does not have the mental capability to make sound decisions.
