Enchanted Village of Lights
One of the best holiday light shows of the year will open their gates on Friday, November 22nd. The Enchanted Village of Lights has been thrilling visitors for a number of years, and new items are added each year. Laurie Parks Director, Barbie Wood, says admission to the drive-through display is free, but donations are accepted for maintenance costs……….
Wood says it takes weeks for them to prepare the Enchanted Village of Lights, and they’re always looking for volunteers to help get things ready………
Wood says there are over 250 displays of lights for visitors to enjoy……….
The Enchanted Village of Lights had over 30-thousand visitors last year. For more information, or to sponsor a display, contact Parks Director Barbie Wood at 573-374-8776. The Enchanted Village of Lights will open November 22nd, and remain open through January 1st.
