Enchanted Village of Lights

This evening will mark the beginning of a holiday tradition in the Lake of the Ozarks region. The Laurie Enchanted Village of Lights will open with a ceremony which includes the lighting of the Christmas Tree. Laurie Events Coordinator Donna Batliner said the Christmas Tree Lighting will take place at 4pm today(fri)

After the Christmas tree lighting, the Enchanted Village of Lights will officially open. The Laurie Enchanted Village of Lights consists of more than 200 lighted displays over about 27 acres at the fairgrounds and will open each day at 5 pm until January 2nd. Visitors will be able to drive through the Village of Lights on a paved surface, and at the end of the drive, everyone will receive a treat, and an opportunity to make a donation to help fund next year’s event.
