A Richland woman is facing drug charges after she was allegedly found in possession of a controlled substance during an investigation in the area of Wood Street and McPhail on Monday. A Lebanon Police officer was on patrol just after midnight, when he stopped to speak with a couple who was sitting in a car. One of the people in the car told the officer they were just about to smoke a bowl and talk. The officer called for assistance, and then a search of the vehicle was conducted. During the search, a keychain container, which held a substance that tested positive as methamphetamine, was seized. 31-year-old Rosetta Graves was arrested and charged with possession of a controlled substance, and was issued a citation for possession of drug paraphernalia.
