What began as a call about a domestic disturbance, ended with a man being arrested on drug charges.    A Lebanon Police Officer responded to the 11-hundred block of Carpentry Circle on Monday morning, for a domestic disturbance. At the scene, a woman told the officer that she woke up to the 65 year old man, yelling at her and accusing her of cheating, and then throwing a pair of glasses at her, and headbutting her. While speaking to the officer, the man had his hands in his pockets, and according to the officer, when he removed his hand from his pocket, a bag of methamphetamine fell on to the ground. After briefly speaking to the suspect, the officer took him into custody. A search of the suspects property resulted in the seizure of a digital scale which had meth residue on it, and rolling papers. The 65 year old was issued citations for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, with formal charges pending results from the Missouri Crime Lab drug analysis.
