A traffic stop in Osage Beach has led to felony charges against a 20-year-old Tuscumbia man. An Osage Beach Police Officer pulled over a vehicle on Hatchery Road Tuesday night after the vehicle was seen driving without headlamps. The officer reportedly smelled the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and asked for consent to search. During the search the officer located marijuana shake on the floorboard and center console. He then searched a backpack and found several plastic bags that contained marijuana, along with other paraphernalia. 20-year-old Keagan Rayhart is charged with delivery of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
