Drug and Alcohol Treatment Court functioning well in the 26th Circuit Division according to Judge Aaron Koeppen

People who struggle with addiction such as drugs or alcohol will sooner than later end up facing the judge for whatever infraction. Since 2017 the State of Missouri has implemented the Drug and Alcohol Treatment Court with some success for those who suffer from addiction. 26th Circuit Court Judge, Aaron Koeppen says when the program started the idea was well-received:

Koeppen says the program is structured to help change how the person looks at themselves and their behavior and when that happens it’s a winner for everyone:

Koeppen says, they have implemented just a year ago is the Veterans Court that is helping veterans with their addictions as well.
