Drowning at Lake of the Ozarks

A man from Kansas City died at Lake of the Ozarks on Sunday. According to the Highway Patrol, it was reported that 56 year old James D Roy was last need near a moored vessel near the 43 mile marker of the lake, at around 11pm Sunday. Roy was later found in the water at Mimosa Beach early this morning.
