It is a very uncertain time for school districts across the state, as many of them are shut down until further notice. Lebanon R-3 Superintendent, Dr. David Schmitz, says they work very closely with the county health department, and with other government agencies, to determine what is the best case practice during the Coronavirus pandemic………..

Dr. Schmitz says the R-3 district will be making a week-to-week decision on when students can return………

Many schools across the state have canceled classes until April 5th at the earliest. Dr. Schmitz says the district is committed to keeping students safe while trying to continue the education process. All extra-curricular activities are also canceled until students return to the classroom.
