Domestic leads to drug arrest

A call about a domestic disturbance near a business on Jefferson Avenue led to the arrest of a Lebanon woman. According to the report, the man and woman involved in the domestic disturbance, had walked away from their vehicle and were found walking on Palmer Drive. The two said they had been fighting, but nothing other than pushing each other had happened.
The two were transported back to their vehicle, and officers were given consent to search it. During the search, they located a bottle with a straw coming out of it, and a blue liquid, and a crystal substance inside. The 21-year-old woman claimed that the pipe and bong were hers. She was placed under arrest with felony charges are pending.
