Domestic Assault in Osage Beach

An Osage Beach man is facing charges following an alleged assault that happened on Monday night. Deputies with the Camden County Sheriff’s Office were called by a witness who reported that they could hear Jimmy Garner beating the victim. The victim reported that they got into an argument and Garner pushed her against the wall, and then got her on the bed. He said that he held her down from behind, hit her, and spit on her. During the time of the assault, and afterward, Garner allegedly threatened to kill the victim repeatedly. 50-year-old Jimmy Lee Garner is charged with 2 counts of domestic assault and one count of harassment and is being held without bond.
