A fight over a cell phone has resulted in domestic assault charges against a Lebanon man. Lebanon Police responded to a call to Mercy Hospital where the 29-year-old victim was being treated, on May 13th. The victim told officers that she and a friend picked up her boyfriend from work, and while they were traveling down the street she climbed into the back and was trying to take his phone away, and he punched her in the arm. She said while they were struggling over the cell phone he grabbed her wrist, and she heard a pop. The examination at the hospital showed the victim’s wrist was broken. The 30-year-old suspect was taken into custody with charges pending.
