A Camdenton man is facing a felony charge in relation to an alleged assault. According to documents filed with the courts, a Camdenton Police officer responded to a call about an assault on August 3rd. The victim reported that Robert Goode had given them a ride in his truck and he was driving erratically. He then allegedly grabbed the victim by the throat and choked them, and then pulled into a driveway, pulled the passenger out of the truck and threw them to the ground. The officer later made contact with Goode who said the passenger was kicking the window of the truck and admitted to grabbing the passenger and removing them from his truck. 58 year old Robert Thomas Goode of Camdenton is charged with felony domestic assault.
