Domestic assault charges filed in a Pedestrian and car accident

Lebanon Police received a report of a vehicle striking a pedestrian at 12:52 Thursday afternoon near Polk and Fourth Street. The pedestrian, a 38-year-old male from Lebanon, was transported
to Cox Medical Center in Springfield and is reported in stable condition. The driver of the vehicle, a 37- year-old Lebanon woman was placed into custody and investigated for Domestic Assault in the 1st degree. The suspect is currently being held in the Laclede County Jail.
