A Lebanon man is facing charges of assault after an incident at a residential facility on North Highway 5. According to Lebanon Police, an officer met with an employee at the facility who claimed that one patient had assaulted another. The suspect, identified as 35-year-old Dwight Plaster, reportedly rushed at the 77-year-old victim then shoved him causing him to fall, and then landed on top of him. The victim was transported to Mercy Hospital for treatment. Plaster is charged with domestic assault with a bond of $5-thousand cash or surety. His next hearing is set for Wednesday.
