A Lebanon man is facing charges after Laclede County Deputies responded to a call about an assault in progress on Park Drive. The incident happened on March 18th, and the victim told authorities that she was afraid of 42-year-old Shane Tucker, due to him always yelling and being mean. She also said she had an order of protection, but he hadn’t been served yet.
While deputies were speaking with the victim, and with Tucker, he became angry and argumentative and was yelling at the victim. He was taken into custody for violating the protection order. While officers were conducting an inventory of his vehicle before having it towed from the property, they located a glass pipe that tested positive for the presence of methamphetamine. He is being held in the Laclede County Jail without bond and will be arraigned on Wednesday.
