Dixon man was arrested by the Highway Patrol in Phelps County, on numerous charges

A Dixon man was arrested by the Highway Patrol in Phelps County, on numerous charges, at 4;08 Tuesday afternoon. 36-year-old Thomas M Harcus was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance-methamphetamine, unlawful use of a weapon, failure to register a motor vehicle, no insurance, possession of under 10 grams of marijuana, and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia. Thomas Harcus was booked and released roadside.
