Dixon Man arraigned on domestic assault and kidnapping

A Dixon Area man arraigned in court in Pulaski County on charges of domestic assault and kidnapping. 18-year-old Anthony Francis Wagoner is accused of causing physical injury to his companion by choking her and attempting to burn her in the face with a cigarette, and unlawfully restraining her, exposing her to a substantial risk of serious physical injury on February 11th. Judge Colin Long set Anthony Wagoner’s bond at $100,000, a counsel status hearing for February 25th, and ordered him to have no contact with the victim, and
have GPS monitoring.
