Derrick Felton of Waynesville arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court on charges of delivery of a controlled substance

Derrick Felton of Waynesville has been arraigned in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court on charges of delivery of a controlled substance. Court documents allege that on August 30th, Felton knowingly possessed buprenorphine and naloxone, a controlled substance, with the intent to distribute it. Felton pleaded not guilty to the charges. Judge Colin Long ordered Felton to personally appear for a counsel status hearing on September 11 and a preliminary hearing on September 25.
