Daylight Savings and Carbon Monoxide and Smoke Detectors

On Sunday morning at 2am Missouri time will be changing to Daylight Saving Time, and it’s also a good time to take steps to make sure that those who live in your home are safe. Those steps include testing your smoke detector. Lebanon Fire Chief Sam Schneider says it’s as simple as pushing a button.

Chief Schneider also remind residents that if you have a carbon monoxide detector you should test it….

If you live in Lebanon and you need new smoke detectors or a carbon monoxide detector, the City of Lebanon Fire Department will be able to provide them and install them in homes inside the City.
