Daycare Gets Approved

The first of two hearings at the Lebanon Zoning and planning meeting was in regard to the operation of daycare on Indian Creek. Code Administrator Joe Berkich has details.

The commission took action to approve the conditional use request later in the meeting. Commissioners Stokes and Meckem ask questions about the complaint.

The request was approved 7 to 0.
