David Lynn Declue of St. Robert area was arraigned Monday in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court

David Lynn Declue of the 18-thousand block of Lassiter Lane in the St. Robert area was arraigned Monday in Pulaski County Associate Circuit Court in Waynesville on charges of kidnapping in the second degree and of resisting arrest. Court documents allege that Declue on June 1st knowingly restrained another person unlawfully and without consent so as to interfere substantially with her liberty and exposed her to a substantial risk of serious physical injury. Court documents also allege that Declue resisted arrest by grabbing his victim and holding her as a human shield to prevent his arrest. That victim was accidentally hit with a Taser. Declue pleaded not guilty to the charges. Judge Colin Long ordered him to personally appear for a June 13th counsel status hearing and a preliminary hearing into the charges.
