Dallas County Shop with a Hero Donations accepted

The Dallas County Sheriff’s Office and Buffalo Police Department are working together to raise funds for the Shop with a Hero project, this Christmas. Dallas County Sheriff Scott Rice, tells us, they typically take around 50 children shopping but they would like to increase that number this year, but in order to do that they need donations….

Sheriff Rice said this is an opportunity for law enforcement and emergency services to interact with children in a positive way.

Anyone who would like to make a monetary donation to the Dallas County Shop with a Hero program can drop off a donation at the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office or the Buffalo Police Department. If you give a check be sure and note “shop with a hero” in the memo line.
