A Buffalo man who is a registered sex offender has been sentenced in federal court for receiving and distributing child pornography. 45-year-old Eddie Feck, pleaded guilty to receiving and distributing child pornography in February. Feck was arrested following an investigation that took place when the Highway Patrol received a tip claiming that the suspect had uploaded 5 images of child pornography to an online site. During the investigation officers found around 35 images of child pornography that he had downloaded from the internet. Because he had previously been convicted of sodomizing an 11-year-old child he was on the sex offender registry. On Thursday, Eddie Feck of Buffalo was sentenced to 24 years in federal prison without parole. The court also ordered Feck to spend the rest of his life on supervised release following incarceration.
