Dallas County fatal two vehicle accident

A 51-year-old Elkland man was killed in a two-vehicle accident Sunday morning at 10:55 on Route M, 3 miles east of Charity.
The accident occurred when a car driven by Brian L. Early of Elkland crossed the center line and struck a car driven a 16-year-old unnamed juvenile also of Elkland. Early was pronounced deceased at the scene, the juvenile and a passenger in her vehicle both received moderate injuries and was taken to Cox South in Springfield. Early was not wearing a seatbelt.
